CBT is a systematic procedure to help the individual combat unhelpful thoughts, inconsistent behavior and emotions, plus other psychiatric difficulties. CBT has been demonstrated to be effective in helping the patient suffering from anxiety, depression, stress management, anger and a moderate number of issues. Accidents or injuries may damage patient’s mental ease they used to travel with before the incident, and CBT in particular is best advised for those who find it hard to commute to places as an aftereffect of an accident or injuries.  

 CBT is dispensed to our clients either through one to one sittings with our trained psychotherapists or through telephonic sessions conducted weekly on the day the client chooses to be contacted by our professionals, providing flexibility to the clients who choose not to take the hassle of traveling and attending the clinics. Once CBT sittings are completed, a detailed review report with the prognosis is generated.
